Slow Fermentation
Inoculated anaerobic fermentation over 72 hours develops complex notes of stone fruit and dark chocolate.
Sun-Drying
Laid out on African raised beds, each parchment is rotated by hand and dried slowly under the Karnataka sun for 18–22 days.

Roasted in micro-batches within 7 days of your order. Every bag is a living expression of its origin.
